Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our DWH team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing processes, writing detailed business and technical documentation for developers, and collaborating closely with business clients to lead various tasks. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and optimize processes within the DWH team.

- Write comprehensive business and technical specification documents for development teams.

- Interface with business clients to gather requirements and lead project tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI system analysis – a must.

- Strong knowledge of SQL – a must.

- Experience in the insurance sector (specifically property & casualty) – a must.

- Energetic, independent, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
