Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Administrator at Modellama in Raanana. The Support Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support to users, troubleshooting software issues, assisting with system configurations, and documenting support processes.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand complex software and technology.
• Prior experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Organization and order 
• SQL - must
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English- is a must, and Proficiency in Russian - an advantage 
• Candidates whose day off is not Saturday - a significant advantage
• Football interest -> big advantage
