Engineering Manager

A global high-tech company that developed a Cloud-based product for streaming services and personalized viewing experiences. The company is experiencing significant growth and was recently acquired by a major British corporation.

Located in Herzliya near a train line, they offer a hybrid work model with two days a week from home. The company has about 2,500 employees globally, with 50 employees based in Israel.

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the Development Manager, this role includes managing 3 Team Leads and a total of about 15 employees.
• The teams include Native Android development in Kotlin, iOS development in Swift, and a Hybrid team working on cross-platform applications.
• Responsibilities also include managing CI/CD processes, Mobile automation, and collaborating with various teams, such as Product, Operations, and QA teams based in India.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in group management or higher, including managing Team Leads/managers, overseeing a team of 12+ people.
• Expertise in mobile development (iOS/Android) is a must.
• Kotlin experience is an advantage.
