Integration Team Lead

Job Description:

Cybecs are seeking an experienced Integration Team Leader to oversee our Integration and Professional Services team. This individual will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and support of security systems for various clients. As part of this role, the team leader will conduct meetings with clients to understand their unique needs and make necessary adjustments for project execution.

The Integration Team Leader will also be responsible for all security technologies offered by the company, as well as the internal systems that require maintenance, hardening, and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Integration and Professional Services team.
• Develop processes and methodologies to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Design and implement customized technological solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to stay updated on new products and developments in the market.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and requirements, recommending suitable solutions.
• Oversee tasks and projects, including monitoring timelines, budgets, and achievement of objectives.
• Train the team on new technologies and best practices in information security.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve processes for both clients and internal operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of information security, with a focus on systems integration - mandatory.
• Experience in managing teams and technology projects - mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in the field of information security such as CCNP, CCSM, AWS, Azure - mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of information security technologies and solutions - mandatory.
• Familiarity with security solutions from manufacturers such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Sentinel One - mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability, with strong management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under high pressure and solve problems independently.
