Head of Recruitment and HR for a leading public organization

A leading public organization is seeking a Head of Recruitment and HR for a role that includes: managing strategic recruitment processes, collaborating with managers and supporting organizational decision-making, participating in selection committees, employee retention, organizational development, leading cross-functional HR projects, implementing organizational learning processes, training, and more.

The position is based in both Jerusalem and Tel Aviv – two days in Tel Aviv, two days in Jerusalem, and one day working from home.

Requirements:

• Academic degree – mandatory
• Previous experience in managing recruitment processes – mandatory
• Experience in organizational development – a significant advantage
• Experience working with managers – mandatory
• Full-time availability – mandatory
