THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, from managing team welfare and office environment to contributing to financial management and business development. You will work closely with the CEO and team managers as key liaisons across all departments. Your contributions will support our mission to revolutionize the global beauty and wellness industry through advanced technologies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Ensure the effective management of office operations, including maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency across business activities.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and workflow improvements.
- Manage team welfare and coordinate office resources, equipment, and supplies.
- Support financial management processes, including budget monitoring and collaboration with ODDITY bookkeeping.
- Oversee employee-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration.
- Organize team events, manage office wellbeing initiatives, and handle external communications.
- Manage 3rd-party and vendor relationships and other business projects.
YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
- Experience as an Office or Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong skills in Office365, with excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting - a plus.
- Knowledge of labor law, 3rd-party relationships, and negotiation – a plus
- Ability to nurture strong relationships and facilitate collaboration between managers and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and adapt as needed.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills.
- Experience in Jira task management – an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
