Data Scientist

A startup company in the AI field has developed an AI-based B2B SaaS product in the customer service domain. The system helps clients optimize and enhance their service by providing a bot-driven customer service solution instead of human representatives. With the system, clients can handle three times more inquiries and provide a consistent customer experience.

The company is located in the Sharon region and offers a hybrid work model. They have around 90 employees, with 30 in R&D, and serve approximately 350 clients both in Israel and internationally, experiencing strong growth.

Role description: Joining as the first and sole Data Scientist in the company to lead the GenAI field (previously, Data Science tasks were handled by developers). The role includes work from research to production, focusing on NLP, LLM, and integrating DL/ML techniques such as Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, and Filtering. Coding will be done in Python.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist – mandatory
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) – mandatory
• Relevant bachelor's degree or higher – mandatory (master’s degree is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Python – mandatory
