Account Manager

BARZILAI Exhibition Experts, a global powerhouse in delivering cutting-edge exhibition stands, is seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and highly skilled Account Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day support of our customers’ accounts.

This is a high-responsibility role, ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has exceptional communication skills, and excels under pressure while managing multiple high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between BARZILAI and our customers, ensuring top-tier client support.

• Lead and grow client accounts, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with show organizers, client needs, and business objectives, all while managing a collaborative team.

• Integrate new clients, develop existing relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Interface with various internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions from pre- to post-sales phases.

• Deliver client presentations, attend site meetings, and participate in new business development.

• Manage responses to formal Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Invitations to Tender (ITT).

• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to represent BARZILAI.

Requirements:

• A great communicator who can inspire trust and articulate ideas clearly.

• Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on.

• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.

• Strong team leading skills with experience leading and motivating teams.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and performing under pressure.

• Must: Native English or close, Preferred: Native French / German Speaker.

• Experience managing exhibition accounts or complex projects is essential.

• Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year.

• A passion for design and innovation.

The studio is located in Moshav Talmey Menashe, Beer Yaakov, just a few minutes from Rishon Letzion.

This is a Full Time In-House position.
