Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist *with proven experience in the worlds of construction and design*at Switchup. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in customer management in construction/design/planning.
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
- A relevant degree is a great advantage - construction engineer, interior designer, etc.
