at Switchup. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in customer management in construction/design/planning.
• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• A relevant degree is a great advantage - construction engineer, interior designer, etc.
