A Marketing-AI startup, enhancing marketing teams with AI colleagues.

We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each business gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.

We're based in the center of Tel-Aviv (next to TLV–University railway station).

We will teach you various skills; Operations, Product, Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing.

Our usual interview process:

• 15-minute online call.
• 30-minute conversation at our offices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with everyday tasks.
• Handle our marketing efforts, bringing your creative touch to everything you do.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage our administration, and plan events & lunches.
• Take the reins of our day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Qualifications:

• A passion for the marketing domain.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Experienced in managing office operations and administrative staff.
• Operations Management, Project Management, and Process Optimization skills
• Excellent communication (Hebrew&English) skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• A natural at organizing, multitasking, and sprinkling a bit of joy into the workplace.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with bonus points for those savvy in Canva, design, and marketing.
