Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

· Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services.

· Monitor and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

· Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

· Prepare and present regular reports to clients and senior management.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the it outsourcing industry.

· Strong understanding of outsourcing services and solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
