Logistic Import Export Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistic Import Export Coordinator to join our team at 50% part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for international shipping to EMEA, APAC & US regions, of the company's products FG, SP & Consumables.
• Coordination and follow up with global forwarders on import, export, and third-party shipments (Air, Sea, DPS)
• Coordination and follow up with internal customers with regards to their shipments (Ops, Sales, Marketing, CCE, R&D, etc.)
• Supervise the relationship with import/export service Courier, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS.
• Operate global forwarders, for deliveries of heavy weights while examining costs, SLA.
• Working with customs agents for Proper classification of FG products and RM.
• Import and export of capital equipment, responsibility for a complete process.
  
  

• At Least 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary high-tech company.
• Knowledge and experience with trade agreements & Incoterms.
• Experience with shipment optimizations (routing shipment through the most beneficial method)
• Vast knowledge and experience in Operation disciplines (Planning, Material, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics etc).
• Proven knowledge and experience in Import Export management roles.
• 5 years of industry experience, including 5 years in Order Management & Import / Export experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data management skills
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage project constraints and risks.
• Oriented persona with high level of serviceability, responsible and committed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures.
• Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineer – Advantage.
• ERP system - SAP & Salesforce – Must have., Priority - Advantage.
• English -Excellent written and verbal communication-Must have.
• The position is for 3 days a week
