Ness is looking for a talented Data Scientist with proven experience and business understanding in the fields of behavioral sciences.

The position includes integration into a research team that includes Data Scientists and Data Analysts, development and implementation of statistical models and use of LLM as an answer to organizational research questions on the subject of KA in the organization, construction of predictive indices based on ML, DL, NLP, development of complex ETLs and data analysis, etc .

Full time position, in Ramat Gan.

Job requirements:

-Relevant degree - A must.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist- A must.

- Familiarity with the field of human resources / psychology / sociology - A must.

- High skill in using Python, SQL - A must.

-In-depth knowledge and experience with NLP, ML, DP - A must.

-Experience in developing predictive models - A must.

-Experience working with KA data - An advantage.

-The position requires a security classification - an advantage for those with a classification.
