Payments Specialist

Overview

One of Israel’s top currency conversion companies is actively seeking to hire a full-time Payments Specialist to help run our busy trading desk.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the head of trading, liaising with clients to ensure all trades are entered into the daily logs and all transfers are made promptly.
• Allocate customers’ funds and match them from our bank account to our internal system.
• Create trades and transfers in our internal system.
• Book trades with our trading room.
• Reconcile funds.
• Create client wallets.
• Create a daily report for customers.
• Manage tax withholding lists and payments.
• Help process client compliance documents.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately.
• Required Languages: English at a mother tongue level, and a good working knowledge of Hebrew/Hebrew at a mother tongue level.

Hours: Monday to Friday:

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00-18:00
• Friday: 08:00-14:00

This is a full-time position, from our Ramat Gan office.
