Employee Experience Specialist

We’re looking for an awesome Employee Experience Specialist to join our HR team!

As a Well-Being & Employee Experience Specialist, you will take part in our internal & external efforts, identify, and take care of employees’ needs. You will help shape, initiate, and lead projects and processes within the Wellbeing and employee experience world. Your role focuses on creating, promoting, and implementing our unique culture and values at Paragon.

In this role you will be working with various interfaces and will be a focal point for several main areas.

Responsibilities

• Building an annual wellbeing plan, which supports and emphasizes employee experience and its implementation at strategic and operational levels.
• Responsibility for the wellbeing experience of the employees through providing updated solutions in various fields of welfare including recognitions, birthday gifts, company celebrations, holiday celebrations and gifts, fun days, outstanding performance, happy hours, employee volunteer activities and more.
• Partnering the Talent Acquisition team and HR Manager to manage and improve our employer branding.
• Support all employee life cycle stages and experiences.
• Own, vendor identification, timelines, branding, logistics, etc
• Organize training sessions.
• Collect feedback and data to optimize and constantly improve the plan and execution
• Employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience - at least 2 years
• Experience working in the Hi-tech industry - a must
• Experience with internal communication/branding
• Experience in managing priorities in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment
• Super creative with a can-do attitude from initiative to execution
• Perform well under pressure
• Fast learner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent English and Hebrew
