P.M.I is a leading global toy manufacturer whose mission is creating innovative and engaging licensed branded toys, popular brands including Sonic, Brawl Stars, Minecraft, Paw Patrol, Pudgy Penguin and many more of the world’s largest and most-loved brands. We are working with distribution partners and customers worldwide, including Walmart, Target, TRU, and others. The open position:

Our global toy company is seeking an experienced Logistic Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing production and logistics operations, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all production and logistics activities, including managing vendors and suppliers, handling inventory management. Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities of the role include:

-         Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure production and logistics plans align with overall business objectives

-         Coordination of production in our four factories in China producing our licensed branded toys for global distribution.

-         Control and oversee production schedule and processes, management of Gantt Charts.

-         Supervision of QA & QC

-         Ongoing negotiations with our factories

-         Management and solutions for problems and crises as they arise

-         Follow-up and coordination of standardization processes, inspection and shipment of customers’ orders.

-         Sourcing of new factories.

-         Develop and implement processes to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs

-         Manage and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing contracts

-         Develop and execute inventory management strategies to ensure on-time delivery and minimize costs

-         Manage logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and distribution

-         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all production and logistics activities

-         Develop, manage, and execute production plans to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and adherence to quality standards

The job is a full time and demanding position.

Who are we looking for?

-         Holder of bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field. Advantage for graduating with honors.

-         2 years of experience in production and logistics management, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry – advantage

-         Fully proficient in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

-         Strong negotiation skills

-         A hardworking person, highly motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us

-         Leadership and ability to motivate team

-         Self-starter with strong organization skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

-         Familiarity with toy/plastic/print manufacturing will be an advantage

# The job is a full-time position in our office in Ramat Ha'Hayal, Tel Aviv.

# Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00-18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.
