What You’ll Do: 

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers and other team members to identify issues, run tests, and help deliver a flawless user experience.

Please note that this position is on-site only. 

Who You Are: 

Mandatory:

• 4-6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies, including both functional and non-functional testing.
• Proven ability to write, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, document, and prioritize defects clearly and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Optional:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, including basic branching and merging practices.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including the ability to write simple queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and their role in the QA process.

Advantage:

• Hands-on experience with coding in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript, particularly in the context of writing automated tests.
• Familiarity with writing and maintaining unit tests for both back-end and front-end applications.
• Experience with performance testing, security testing, or other specialized testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and stability of software products.
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to improve software quality and provide feedback on testability during the design and development phases.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions, contributing to the development of test strategies and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
• Continuously learn and apply new testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the QA process.
• Mentor junior QA team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in testing.
