- Building a foundation for excellence by reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting
- Work hands-on on challenging, complex, and diverse datasets and extract insights from our data that will allow our teams to make better and more informed decisions
- Take ownership of processes and make them more accessible and informative
- Work closely with management, software engineers and data scientists
- Communicating changes in an orderly process to relevant parties
- Documenting procedures for in-house use and third-party monitoring
- Creating and monitoring projects and teams
- Ensuring workflows are operating efficiently and enforcing policies and procedures
- Hands-on development of production operations systems
- B.Sc. excellent graduate in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
- M.Sc. excellent graduate- an advantage
- Advanced knowledge in Python, SQL, BigQuery
- 2 years of experience in data analysis/coding
- Curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and data analysis that resulted in delivering actionable insights/recommendations
- Team player with good communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, while establishing meaningful relationships and drive teams to action
- Project management skills, with the ability to see the big picture on one hand, but also the ability to master the details on the other
- Ability to prioritize your work, focus on impact and take initiatives
- Ability to manage complex work streams when time is pressing
- Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Last year students who are available for 60%-80% can also apply.
