Sales Operations Manager

About the Company:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the Division VP. The role involves leading employees, working cross-functionally with various interfaces, improving and streamlining processes, conducting continuous performance monitoring, and driving strategic changes to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead cross-functional projects and implement new processes.
• Plan, execute, and monitor the work plan and ensure achievement of targets.
• Develop and improve sales processes.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Optimize and automate internal sales processes.
• Build and implement measurement and control tools to enhance performance.
• Lead cross-organizational projects in collaboration with senior management and department heads.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in similar sales operations roles within large organizations.
• Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-organizational processes.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand sales data and optimize processes.
• Experience working with technological tools for sales management and process automation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams and senior managers.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering).
• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing – a significant advantage.
