A large real estate company is seeking a talented Social Media Manager!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and plan an annual and monthly social media strategy.
• Approve creative and content on a national level for monthly campaigns.
• Proven management experience in social media.
• Oversee the execution of local campaigns and monthly initiatives.
• Provide monthly summaries and optimize performance in collaboration with advertising agencies.
• Manage production and photoshoots.
• Oversee influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with tenants on digital initiatives (e.g., opening stores and joint projects exclusive to social media).
• Monitor the operation of social media pages in coordination with digital departments.
• Manage paid campaigns in Business Manager in collaboration with the media agency.
• Responsible for increasing follower count on social media pages.
• Initiate and implement social media campaigns on both local and national levels.
• Set budgets and publication dates for existing social media campaigns.
• Approve the "digital side" of ongoing campaigns in all briefs.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew is required.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with Business Manager is mandatory.
• Willingness to work hard and travel as needed.
• Report to the National Marketing Manager of the BIG Group.
