We are hiring a Sales & BD, Senior Manager for a global position in our Sensors Division in Modi'in.

Responsibilities

Divisional Sales and BD - setting and developing plans for revenue growth for the Division.

Supporting division activities for future sales development and products development for new market territories and market segments.

Gathering and analyzing all available data allowing continuous sales and business development improvement YOY.

Working with several layers of employees and sales managers assuring their day to day and long-term activities are based on pre-defined plans and goals.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in global sales management, advantage to technical engineering-based sales

A degree level, Technical and Engineering qualification is preferred.

Experience in penetrating new markets and new areas

Experience in managing a large sales force of global managers and salesmen

Familiarity with the American and Asian market

Fluent English

Ability to work on deadlines, multi-task, prioritize effectively

Innovative, analytical, intelligent, inspire to high level of performance
