Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal users, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring smooth operations across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality internal user support via phone and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues efficiently
• Participate in department projects and initiatives
• Work with various organizational systems and tools
• Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes

Qualifications

Relevant education in IT or a related field - mandatory

At least one year of experience in a similar role - advantage

Excellent customer service skills and a courteous demeanor

Willingness to work full-time
