Executive Assistant at Titan
We are seeking an Executive Assistant for Titan, a full-time hybrid position based at our Rothschild 1 St., Tel Aviv office. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our partners operate at peak efficiency, making this a critical role in our fast-paced environment. You'll need exceptional multitasking abilities, a calm and composed demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Role Overview: This position is approximately 80% administrative, with the remainder focusing on logistics and operations. It demands flexibility, discretion, and a readiness to support from behind the scenes. We're looking for an outstanding individual ready to embrace a challenging role with significant potential for professional growth and exposure to the Israeli startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complex Scheduling: Stay ahead of the partners by managing their busy schedules, prioritizing tasks, and preemptively resolving potential issues.
- Interface Management: Act as the primary contact point between the partners and external stakeholders, handling logistics and business communications with entrepreneurs, portfolio founders, and team members.
- Meeting Preparation: Conduct research and gather information on key contacts to ensure the partners are well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Data Management: Log and manage data from various sources, automate processes, and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute events for portfolio executives and the broader startup community, overseeing every detail from planning to feedback.
- Logistics and Administration: Coordinate domestic and international travel, manage supplies, communicate with vendors, and support both professional and personal projects.
