Software Engineering Team Lead

A startup in the Identity Security space that maps and monitors the relationships between users, their identities, and the access and permissions they have to company data and resources. The company provides advanced analytics and automation capabilities, helping organizations reduce their attack surface, meet regulatory requirements, and optimize operations throughout the user and identity lifecycle.

Based in Tel Aviv (near a train and light rail station), the company offers a hybrid work model with one day from home. It has around 30 global employees, with 21 in Israel, mostly in R&D.

Founded in 2023 by two veterans of Talpiot and Unit 8200, the company has raised $33 million and already has paying customers.

Responsibility-

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using Next.js and React.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Drive the frontend architecture and technical decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and libraries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and project planning.

Tech Stack- Next.js, Styled-component, GitHub Actions, Chakra-UI, Reactflow, react-hook-form, react-table, React, TypeScript.

Requirements-

• Extensive experience as a frontend developer, with a focus on building web applications using React and Next.js.
• Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proficiency in Typescript for writing scalable and type-safe code.
• Experience with UI component libraries like Chakra-UI and CSS-in-JS solutions like Styled-components.
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries and form management libraries such as Reactflow and react-hook-form.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
