Startup Co-Founder (Equity-Based) - Chief Technology Officer (DS)

Company background:

We are an early-stage startup revolutionizing the management of PCOS and Endometriosis. Both chronic conditions cause hormonal imbalances and debilitating symptoms like pain and emotional distress in millions of women worldwide, as well as short and long term medical implications that can reach surgery and even cancer.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Co-Founder to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role is equity-based and currently unpaid, as we are pre-funding. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company, contributing to product development, strategy, and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the founding team on product vision, strategy, and execution
• Contribute to the development and launch of our MVP (already in dev progress)
• Engage in fundraising efforts and pitch to potential investors
• Help build and lead the team as we scale
• Be involved in business development, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies

The ideal candidate:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for women's health
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in data science, with specific experience in healthcare analytics.
• Expertise in machine learning, data integration, and algorithm development, with a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights within a product.
• Strong communication and leadership skills & People management background
• Development background - preferred
• A commitment to the mission and long-term vision of the company
