About

A fan can spend $100 on a game ticket and $3,000 on the trip around it. Yet the club earns only from the ticket, missing out on the much larger spending around the event.

That spending flows to external 3rd party platforms, along with valuable customer relationships and data.

We’re building a platform to change that.

Our platform embeds commerce directly into the digital channels of sports clubs and event organizers, allowing fans to book accommodation, travel and experiences through brands they already follow and trust.

We want to reshape how the industry monetizes the fan journey, unlocking new revenue, deeper fan relationships and opportunities for sponsors.

Product development is at an advanced stage, and we are in commercial discussions with sports clubs and event organizations, including Real Betis, Olympique Lyonnais and Milano Marathon.

The company is also a part of a prestigious sports VC incubation program and is speaking with angel investors from the sports and travel sectors about pre-seed funding.

Looking for a technical co-founder to share ownership of the vision, the decisions and the company we build.

Building this together means:

• Jointly shaping the company’s strategy, business and priorities.
• Owning the technology and translating the shared vision into a product customers love, with hands-on development at the core.
• Driving fundraising together, from developing the investor story to pitching and leading technical due diligence.
• Working directly with clubs and event organizers to turn commercial opportunities into successful partnerships.
• Building the team and culture together, deciding who joins us and how we grow.

You could be a strong fit if you:

• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something of your own.
• Have strong full-stack experience building and shipping production products.
• Can make sound decisions across architecture, APIs, infrastructure and security.
• Think commercially, challenge assumptions and care about the customer as much as the code.
• Want to share the responsibility, uncertainty and upside of building a company.
• Have a passion for sports or travel.

Experience in B2B SaaS, commerce or travel technology is a plus.

Commitment and equity

You initially remain in your current job while we build the business together, with an agreed weekly commitment and clear shared expectations.

The initial arrangement is equity only, with no salary or cash compensation. The ownership stake and vesting terms will be agreed together to reflect the co-founder role and level of commitment.

This requires substantial time each week for hands-on development, company building and investor and partner meetings.

The goal is to transition to a full-time commitment and introduce salaries after securing a substantial funding round and build a company that changes how people travel to games, concerts, events and conventions.

The timing of this transition and any future salary depend on funding and are not guaranteed.
