LLMOps Engineer

Ark Empowerment is looking for a LLMOps Engineer / Prompt Engineer to join our team!

We're looking for a LLMOps Engineer/ Prompt Engineer to join our R&D team in the continued development of the Ark Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and implementation of complex AI agents and their associated prompts.
• A/B test different prompting methodologies and fine-tune existing prompting flows (e.g., Chain of Thought, Self-Consistency, etc.).
• Research and develop new prompt strategies, and assist the R&D team with the implementation of advanced methodologies.
• Assist the CTO and the R&D team in setting up and optimizing the company's LLM infrastructure.
• Document prompt engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility across the team.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in prompt engineering, large language models, and AI techniques to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with large language models (such as GPT-4, etc.), including prompt development and optimization.
• Problem-Solving Skills - ability to design creative solutions for improving prompt efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new approaches in LLM research and staying current with AI advancements.
• Optional (+): Experience with Python
