Job Description:
-We seek an experienced People data analyst to process data, identify trends, and analyze patterns using statistical methods and models.
-The role involves drawing conclusions and providing actionable recommendations.
-The position also includes assisting in developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating unique tools for data collection and analysis.
Job Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in People Analytics
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, including deriving conclusions and insights for implementation across various stakeholders
-Proven experience with at least 1 year of using Power BI
-Demonstrated experience with SQL and various databases
-Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) systems
-Experience with R or Python - A plus
Work scope: 80 hours per month
