Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach.
• Research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and qualify leads before handing them off to the sales team.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and provide accurate reporting on lead progress and outreach activities.
• Engage with prospects to communicate Enwize’s value proposition and schedule product demos.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Development, or a similar role in B2B software/tech environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew; ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Customer-focused: Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Sales-driven: A natural networker with a passion for driving sales and meeting targets.
• Tech-savvy: Experience with CRM tools and other customer success platforms.
• Problem Solver: Ability to think critically, solve problems quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
