What You’ll Do
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first HR position in the company, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining our fast-paced startup environment and helping our team stay organized and efficient.
- Office Operations: Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling employee inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office environment is organized and functional.
- Event Management: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs, ensuring they align with our company culture and objectives.
- Travel Coordination: Assist in coordinating conferences, booking flights, and arranging accommodations for team members as needed.
- HR Support: Work closely with the VP of Operations to assist in recruiting efforts, manage employee records, and support other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers, ensuring that office needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office operations and improve overall efficiency, making recommendations for changes as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for office-related inquiries and communications, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.
Please note that this position is on-site only.
Who You Are
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bamboo HR, and Mesh. Familiarity with other office management tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Work Location: This position is on-site only at our Israeli offices.
