Global Sales Manager

we hire for a Israeli global company whos working in the worlds of water solutions and aquaculture.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the water / sea / aquaculture sector.

In this position you will specialize and sell in cooperation with the managers of the territories in the world.

The focus is global sales.

!***The ideal candidate has a knowledge in the field of the sea science / water / environment / aquaculture- ideal, but there is a possibility to specialize in the field given sufficient experience in the worlds of chemistry, chemicals, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biomed and pharma.***!

your responsibilities as global sales manager :

Represent the company's products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.

Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Generate leads and build relationships on existing and potential customers.

Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

we are looking for:

• 5-10 years or more of successful sales experience in global environment in a biotech, technical equipment, water , aquaculture or similar industries.
• Biology/water science/engineering or similar education is preferred.
• Experience in North America and Europe is preferred.
• Basic technical abilities and system understanding
• Knowledge in water system is and an advantage.
• Able to travel intensively abroad.
• Fluent in English (Spanish could be an advantage
