Social Media & Influencer Manager

Particle is a fast-growing global ecommerce brand and a leader in the men's personal care category.

We are currently seeking a savvy Social Media & Influencer Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing media team. You will be responsible for strengthening the Particle brand online through high-quality content and conversations and for growing audiences on social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Create and share engaging content, including static images and videos, on a daily basis
• Collaborate with other team members, including video editors, graphic designers and copywriters, as well as external vendors to ensure high-quality content and brand consistency
• Manage and grow our portfolio of influencers and creators
• Manage the flow of creative assets from influencers, creators and customers
• Monitor and collect customer comments, testimonials and reviews
• Track, analyze and report social media metrics on a periodic basis
• Act as an ongoing educational resource by continually staying informed of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of social media management experience
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• English speaker (additional languages – a plus)
• Exceptional written communication skills in English
• Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva
• A good eye for creating compelling content across visual and written mediums
