Want to be a go to person for colleagues and customers who can make a real impact?

• You will be the first CSE/TAM in the company and therefore a tech guru for your colleagues
• A big part of your role will be to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new customers
• Drive and deliver on customer needs across the company, including within technical meetings
• You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and solve various customer issues at once
• Be a problem solver who solves problems efficiently and escalates them where necessary

What Skills Are Required?

• Strong Technical Account Management or Technical Customer Success Management experience
• Experience or a strong understanding of various monitoring / observability tools e.g., Prometheus, Kibana, etc
• Coding experience would be ideal
• An excitement and interest for continuing to work in the start-up / early-stage space
• Ability to access Tel Aviv
• Experience working for a start-up company (preferred)
