About The Role

The successful BI Team lead, will play a key role in managing and growing a team responsible for delivering impactful data products and solutions.

As a BI Team Lead, you will oversee the personal and professional development of your team, while also being the main point of contact for client-facing data initiatives. You’ll drive data strategy and contribute to new initiatives that support cross-company objectives. This role involves collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics solutions. You will also enhance the company’s understanding of key business metrics by building automated tools and insightful visualizations in a rich data environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with BI/data analytics
• 2+ years of experience in a BI Lead or BI Team Lead role.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Proven experience designing user flows and user-friendly representations of data for various stakeholders
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with ETL\ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri)
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with a "make it happen" approach.
• Ability to present data in a professional and clear way
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
