Account Manager

We are seeking a Account Manager to join our team at HAAT. As a key member of our Partner Operations team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with highly regarded restaurants and stores. You will work to increase their online sales and improve their performance through data analysis and industry knowledge. Your responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, liaising with restaurant and rider operations teams, and collaborating with marketing teams to accelerate order growth. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to meet company goals
• Improve restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge
• Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership
• Develop plans to increase partner growth and performance
• Ensure high-quality content by signing exclusivities with partners
• Optimize company visibility through marketing with partners
• Improve revenue through commission renegotiation and asset selling
• Address churned and inactive partners
• Improve operational efficiency for partner satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to grow and develop

Do you have what it takes?

• 2+ years experience in account management/relationship management or business consultancy
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and through digital channels
• Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Experience in a dynamic, high-growth company preferred
• Self-starter, hardworking, and well-organized
• Empathetic, inclusive, team player, and curious attitude
• Fluent in Hebrew and Arabic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
