Our mission is to scale brands into global market leaders by leveraging our proprietary AdTech, innovative performance campaigns, and expertise in funnel optimization. We are looking for a skilled Senior PPC Specialist to join our Media division and take the lead in managing high-budget campaigns.
**Role Overview:**
As the Senior PPC Specialist, you will manage and optimize large-scale digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI. You’ll play a critical role in campaign strategy, performance tracking, and A/B testing while collaborating closely with our creative team to innovate ad approaches. This is an opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, analyze marketing data, and drive continuous improvement in performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Drive performance improvement through A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and funnel optimizations.
- Analyze, report, and track the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement fresh ad angles and strategies.
- Handle and maximize the return on investment (ROI) for high-budget video performance campaigns.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
- 3-4 years of experience managing large-budget PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record in video performance campaigns.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- High analytical ability, with familiarity in advanced tools (this will be tested).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Advantageous:**
- Experience working in a D2C-focused marketing environment.
- Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with AdTech platforms and tools.
