Payroll Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Accountant to lead payroll operations for a global company based in Rosh HaAyin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4 payroll accountants
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of payroll processes
• Prepare and manage internal payroll reports, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and Social Security
• Oversee payroll and pensions across the employee lifecycle
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and global teams
• Stay updated on local regulatory changes impacting payroll
• Analyze payroll data and provide reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Certified Payroll Accountant – mandatory
• At least 8 years of experience in payroll accounting – mandatory
• At least 5+ years of experience with Hilan systems – mandatory
• High-level English proficiency (both written and verbal communication) – mandatory
• Experience with Workday – an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role at a global company – significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, HR, or a related field – an advantage
