What you will do:

• Multi-currency and intercompany: ILS/USD books, intercompany billing between the Israeli and US entities, intercompany reconciliation.
• Israeli payroll: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, payslips, salary payments, pension, study fund, new hires, severance, leave and separations, and statutory filings monthly and yearly, and coordination with pension and insurance providers
• Own the full bookkeeping cycle: journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and month-end close.
• Priority/Netsuite (Israel) and QuickBooks Online (US). standalone reporting per entity.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reporting and analysis: Budget vs. Actual and variance analysis, plus ad hoc analyses on payroll, vendor.
  
  

• 7+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably within a high-tech/ Start-up company.
• Certified Bookkeeper level 2- mandatory (level 3- advantage)
• Certified Payroll Accountant certification - mandatory
• Experience or familiarity with NetSuite
• Solid working knowledge of Israeli bookkeeping practices, VAT, and tax requirements.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and persistent with task execution and follow-ups.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently.
• Plus- Familiarity with Mesh.
