LiveOps Manager

As a LiveOps Manager, you will work closely with our Product and Monetization teams to ensure the flawless execution of all in-game events, promotions, marketing activities, and live A/B tests. You’ll be responsible for managing the technical operations required to run Events & Promotions both within the game and across external platforms.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of monetization and product activities through the game’s Back End system, including configuring promotions, managing game features, setting pricing structures, and handling segmentation.

Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all promotions, events, and live tests.

Configure and manage campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including asset management and pricing setups.

Activate and deactivate game features and events through the Back Office system.

Collaborate with monetization, economy, and product teams to ensure the success of all live operations.

Coordinate with the QA team to verify that campaign configurations perform correctly in the live version.

Monitor tests daily to ensure all systems and events are running optimally.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in technical roles.

Solid technical background.

Strong organizational and management skills to effectively prioritize workload.

Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Strong computer skills and the ability to work with multiple applications and platforms simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Proactive, creative, and motivated to continuously improve and learn.

Flexibility to work off-hours when necessary.
