As a Talent Acquisition & Welfare Manager in Fireberry you will..

• This is a 60% position.
• The role involves a combination of recruitment responsibilities and employee welfare management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluation and cultural fit, to ensure quality hires.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Design, implement, and manage employee welfare programs and initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, work-life balance, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess employee needs and preferences, tailoring welfare programs to meet diverse requirements.
• Handle employee payroll matters, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
• Support employee benefits management, addressing employee welfare and well-being.
• Create and administer employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction data to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, while maintaining confidentiality.

To be a Talent Acquisition & Welfare Manager in Fireberry you need…

• Proven experience 2-3 years in talent acquisition or technical recruitment
• Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Empathy, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to design and implement creative employee welfare programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recruitment software/tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Native level of English - verbal and writing.
