Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of Help Desk Support experience

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Identity Management
