Product Manager

This permanent position at Elison Import & Export in Ramat Gan is for a Russian-speaking Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and promoting a new brand of kosher wine in the Israeli market. Your duties will include advertising the products, developing a comprehensive marketing plan, identifying and securing clients, negotiating prices and contracts, and coordinating with outsourcing services.

Responsibilities:

1. Market and competitor analysis, defining the target audience.

2. Developing and coordinating a marketing plan and budget for introducing a new brand to the market.

3. Developing technical specifications for creating a website, creating a plan for working with social networks. SMM, SEM, SEO, etc.

4. Preparing and participating in specialized exhibitions, festivals, and other local and international events.

5. Preparing and participating in cross-marketing events with the company's partners.

6. Preparation of POS materials.

7. Development of a customer motivation program.

8. Search for and attraction of new customers, increase in sales volumes.

9. Interaction with the company's existing customers.

10. Work with service providers:

a) Interaction with suppliers;

b) search for profitable offers;

c) search for new suppliers.

11. Organization and control over the delivery of goods, internal accounting of goods, document flow.

12. Control over compliance with contractual obligations.

Required qualifications

· Experience as a Product manager in the food industry and FMCG for at least 3 years is a must.

· Good analytical skills. Knowledge of the market. The ability to quickly search and process the received information is a must.

· Fluency in Russian and English, both orally and in writing, is a must.

· Hebrew is a huge advantage.

· Ability to work with design programs is a huge advantage.

· Strong negotiation, networking and business development skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Ability to work under pressure, in a goal-oriented environment and achieve results.

· Highly motivated and committed, enthusiastic and proactive.
