Upstairs Games is seeking a passionate and experienced Media/Community Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our gaming community.

⏹ Responsibilities:

Community Management:

• Oversee and manage our online communities (forums, Discord, social media)
• Foster a positive and engaging environment for our players
• Respond to player inquiries and feedback in a timely and helpful manner

Content Creation:

• Develop and execute content strategies for various social media platforms
• Create engaging content, including articles, blog posts, and videos
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content

Media Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with gaming media outlets
• Secure press coverage for our games and company news

Analytics:

• Track and analyze key metrics to measure community engagement and campaign effectiveness
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts

⏹ Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management or a related field
• Proficient in using digital environments and software such as Monday, Slack, etc.
• Agility in diving into scientific space-related subjects
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and online communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for gaming and a strong desire to connect with players
• Bonus: General interest or actual knowledge about space
• Bonus: Knowledge in video/photo editing
