Account Executive - B2B SaaS Sales

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our portfolio companies, a rapidly growing start-up developing HR-Tech solutions.

We seek a driven and strategic Account Executive to join their dynamic B2B sales team.

As an integral part of their sales force, you’ll be pivotal in expanding their client base and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the acquisition of new clients, managing the entire sales lifecycle from demo to negotiation and closure.
• Present and communicate the unique value proposition (UVP), addressing customer challenges and key questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, ensuring seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM, tracking pipeline and progression effectively.
• Consistently meet and exceed PoCs and ARR revenue targets through a metric-based, data-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience selling to HR departments, with a focus on the USA and Canada markets.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native or near-native level); knowledge of Hebrew or additional languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
