Customer Success Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success to join our team in this role you will facilitate the communication between the sales and engineering teams and assist in technical activities related to customer matters.

Responsibilities:

Technical expertise

Lead the technical deployment process for new customers, ensuring a seamless setup, configuration, and integration with the company's extensive range of products that support proxy solutions.

• Reproduce customer environments on internal infrastructures to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and system performance.

Customer Engagement and Support:

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor for technical matters. Understand their unique goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Communicate with R&D/DevOps teams to support and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of technical service
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve product performance.
• Continuous monitoring and technical troubleshooting of the implemented systems.
• Engage in technical conversations with the sales team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Support/ professional service/ pre/post sale, or similar role in the technology industry.
• Advantage- Knowledge of common networking, proxy, and codding.
• Knowledge of Linux Systems
• Strong understanding of code behavior, website analysis, Kubernetes (K8S), Docker, and bash scripting
• Advantage- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
