Responsibilities:

• Acquire new affiliate partners to expand the network, negotiate deals, and onboard them.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure mutual
• Success.
• Manage and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create tailored promotional materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage affiliates' billing on a weekly/monthly basis, and prepare performance reports, analyze data, and forecast revenue opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality and compliance with guidelines, and address low-performing campaigns.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Affiliate Marketing Manager in a gaming company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage and grow relationships with affiliates in a competitive market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large data analysis.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written (must).
• Knowledge of Looker, BigQuery, and SQL (advantage).
• Experience working with MyAffiliate (advantage).
• Strong analytical, multitask and problem-solving skills.
• Established contacts with affiliates and media networks.
