We’re building a big-data SW intelligence platform that turns data generated throughout the SW development lifecycle (code, user stories, pipelines, scanning tools) into insights and optimization tools to help 1000+ R&D teams in AT&T continuously improve while developing products for dozens of millions of customers to use.

We are seeking an experienced experienced full-stack developer with leadership experience who wants to balance hands-on coding with team management.

Role Overview:

50% Development: Active participation in complex and challenging Angular/Node.js project

50% Management: Leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and managing tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Angular and Node.js
• Experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Previous experience in leading a development team
• Proven ability in solving complex problems and designing a scalable architecture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with data engineering concepts and tools - Advantage
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
