Our ultimate goal is to equip our clients with resilient safeguards against chargebacks, empowering them to safeguard their revenue and optimize their profitability. Your Arena

• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering innovation and technical excellence while sharing your experience and demonstrate your expertise building our market-leading product.
• Oversee the engineering department in research and design initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Plan and execute engineering strategies that align with Chargeflow's goals and objectives.
• Design and implement the infrastructure of the system including the ingestion, algorithms, performance optimizations, and interactive applications.
• Build a highly scalable data platform for diversified and complex data flows.
• Have and lead end-to-end ownership: Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain our backend services. You build it — you own it!
• Work closely with our fantastic product team that created an industry-leading SaaS Led-Growth product.

Requirements:

What It Takes:

• 8+ years of experience in backend software development with TypeScript, NodeJS - must!
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles - must
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud Serverless infrastructures and architectures - must
• Experience in designing and maintaining event-driven Microservices - must
• Deep expertise with products like API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFormation, SAM, EventBridge.
• Several years of experience designing with both NoSQL, specifically MongoDB and relational databases.
• Experience in building infrastructure, choosing and integrating tools and best practices around development speed, velocity and standardization
• B.S.c in computer science or equivalent - advantage
