Job Summary: The role involves managing the electromechanical systems of data centers, from initial planning through to execution. Responsibilities include leading planning teams, overseeing facility construction, selecting vendors, and supervising the construction and commissioning process to ensure infrastructure systems meet performance and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and design of electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and objectives.
• Oversee facility construction, including the installation of electrical, HVAC, and building management systems (BMS).
• Manage vendor selection and contracts to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise the construction and commissioning of data center infrastructure, ensuring all systems function as designed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead large-scale projects, working with cross-functional teams to complete projects within budget and on schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, operating, and maintaining electrical systems, HVAC, and BMS.
• Experience with data center construction and operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred but not required).
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in English.

• Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., Data Centre Infrastructure Management, Project Management).
