Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities: With Enterprise – C-level executives (outbound) • Manage relationships with enterprise C-level/VP executives, overseeing project pipelines and introducing innovative products through quarterly meetings. • Understand enterprise accounts roadmaps and key initiatives, guiding them in selecting products from our extensive portfolio. • Being able to help our key enterprise accounts achieve transformation faster, by leveraging better fit solutions, to changing business needs. With Startups and Scale-up customers (inbound) • Monitor their sales pipeline for startups and scale-up companies, supporting founders and CROs/VP Sales by leveraging our close CXO relationships. • Leveraging our insights into the buying process to increase the amount of Closed Won Sales.

Requirements • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and Office Software. • Previous sales or BDR team experience, with the ability to engage at an executive level valued. • Inherent drive for excellence. • Dedication to continuous learning and mastery. • Genuine commitment to customer success and mutual achievement. • Solid grasp of sales metrics, business operations, and sales pipelines.
